  Very nice, comfortable house with spectacular 360 degree views, and quiet location. Seems much more spacious inside than the exterior indicates. A little difficult to find in the dark, being quite a ways out of town - even when you know where it's supposed to be - exacerbated by the fact that the porch light couldn't be turned on for more than a few seconds at a time (on timer/motion detector/light sensor).
  
  A fireplace would be a nice addition to add atmosphere on a cold night, but the absence is not a big deal.
  
  Overall we had a very enjoyable stay - would recommend.

  the road into the property is very rough and deteriorated from last year - that is a more generalized problem than one related to this property. also the roof around the vent in the guest bath leaked slightly during a significant rain while we were there. they may want to look into that. it is wonderful home for us.
