  Casa Nueva, What a Surprise!!

  This is the second time for us at Casa Nueva, the first time through a different management company. We arrived on a Sunday at the arranged time and we were successful in opening the combination lock on the box outside the office. To our surprise, no package and no key!!! A few phone calls were made but to no avail and so were forced to find alternate accommodation. Up early Monday and down to the office to find it was an "oversight" on the managers part. Would I give her one star?? We were offered a meal ticket in town but requested more. Without much hesitation our request for satisfaction was met and we are happy with that. I would recommend Kokopelli and Casa Nueva and will come back again. I would suggest a double check on the check-in package in future, this should not happen!!

  The property was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the little private courtyard and the nice sized kitchen. The only negative was the neighborhood it was located in which was not very appealing. The ease of getting to and from shopping, the highway, etc. was very good. Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much.

  The management, cleaning and damage waiver fees are preety high, and the requirement to return keys to rental office by 10AM is difficult. Otherwise this is a very quite, cozy, clean, private, condo with a nice atmosphere.
